As one of my first assignments as a Video Editor for Rede Bahia (local TV Globo affiliate), their yearly São João campaign celebrates the seasonal festivities of June, with fun and innovations, being one of their biggest campaigns every year.
For 2021, as the world covered up their mouths to protect themselves from the ongoing pandemic, Rede Bahia created a campaign that hoped to get people singing and dancing together at home. Due to filming restrictions, the mouth actors were us at the production crew, and yes, one of the singing mouths is mine.
I was responsible not only to be a part of the chorus line, but to edit the footage to be on-time with the music, as well as prepare it for the post-processing to be done.
